More than 130 employees work to make every order a memorable and satisfying experience, focusing on simplicity, satisfaction, price, and choice.

The Challenge: A Growing Need for Automation

ObjetRama's business runs on its strong relationships with a large supplier network. The company works with over 100 regular suppliers and places recurring orders with them.

With their products already referenced in their database, the team saw a massive opportunity for automation. The main goal was all about efficiency. The company wanted to:

The Solution: A Complete EDI Platform

To hit these goals, ObjetRama chose a comprehensive suite of Comarch EDI solutions to create a single, automated ecosystem.

  • Comarch EDI Platform: The core engine to manage and automate all B2B transactions.
  • Comarch Web EDI: A flexible solution for partners, which also included drop shipment functionality.
  • Comarch EDI Tracking: To give the team clear visibility into their document flow.
  • Chorus Pro Connection: A critical, mandatory connection to France's national e-invoicing platform.

Step-by-Step Success

The whole project was based on a partnership, with the Comarch team managing the technical details. After the contract was signed in September 2020, the project was rolled out in smart, manageable phases.

  • Lot 1 (Chorus Pro): The first priority was connecting to the Chorus Pro platform for invoices. Analysis finished in October 2020, and the system went LIVE in January 2021.
  • Lots 2 & 3 (Supplier EDI): Next, the team focused on automating the supply chain, rolling out both Web EDI and Full EDI. This automated key documents like orders (ORDERS), order responses (ORDRSP), and despatch advises (DESADV). The Web EDI portion went live in September 2021, followed by full EDI in November 2021.
